This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, emails and social media accounts, how we use it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

Account details. When you sign up or log in, we receive your name, email address and membership status from Whop, our membership and payment provider. Whop processes all payments; we never see or store your card number.

Site usage. We record the pages you view, when, and basic device and browser information, linked to a random visitor ID stored in a cookie. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to measure our marketing.

Questions you ask. If you use our AI research assistant, we store your questions and its answers so we can check their quality.

Email. If you are or were a member, we may email you about your account and our products. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Instagram and other social media

Our app "Bobby Analytics Posting" connects only to our own Instagram account (@BobbysAnalytics). It publishes our posts, reads the performance statistics of our own posts, and reads comments people leave on our posts so we can read and reply to them. It does not access anyone else's account, messages or followers. Comments are used only to understand and respond to our audience; we do not sell them or use them for advertising.

How we use data

We use personal data to run your account, provide and improve the site, send emails you can opt out of, measure which content and ads work, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that run our business: Whop (memberships and payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery), and Meta and X (when we post to our own accounts). Each may process data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and usage data while your account is active and for up to two years after, unless the law requires longer. Unsubscribe requests are kept so we don't email you again.

Deleting your data

Email info@bobbysbets.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address on your account (or tell us your Instagram username). We will delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm by email. You can delete a comment you left on our Instagram posts at any time in the Instagram app.

Children

Our service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
