How it works
Soccer analytics built on the same engine that powers our NBA, MLB, and NHL coverage — adapted for the unique breadth of soccer (dozens of leagues, hundreds of weekly matches).
1. Live data ingestion
We pull every soccer market on DraftKings every few minutes across the 7 biggest leagues — EPL, UCL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, MLS, Liga MX. Plus historical match data for player gamelogs.
2. League-aware ranking
With dozens of leagues running concurrently, our home page surfaces the most-bet matchups regardless of league. Big games rise to the top automatically.
3. The model
Per-market models for goalscorer, BTTS, totals, and shots — trained on form, H2H, home/away splits, opposing keeper, and lineup signals. Players get probability scores, lines get edge calculations.
4. Edge surfacing
Where our model materially disagrees with DK's price, we surface it. A+ picks (≥20% edge) get the front page. Smaller edges (5-15%) get the Edge Finder.
5. Honest tracking
Every pick is logged. Every result is graded. Win, loss, push, ROI by league — all visible on the Results page.
