1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bobby's Sports Analytics (formerly Bobby's Bets) ("the Service"), operated by BB Sports Analytics LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bobby's Sports Analytics is a sports analytics and data platform that provides statistical analysis, model-generated picks, hit rate tracking, trend data, and other informational content related to player prop betting markets. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept, place, or facilitate any bets or wagers. We provide data and analytics only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing sports betting analytics is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. No Guarantee of Results

All content, picks, model predictions, hit rates, and analytics provided through the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any results, wins, profits, or specific outcomes. Sports betting involves significant risk of financial loss. Past performance, including historical hit rates and model accuracy, does not guarantee future results.

5. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All betting decisions are made solely by you and at your own risk.
• You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding sports betting.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You will gamble responsibly and never bet more than you can afford to lose.

6. Subscription and Payments

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription, processed through our payment partner Whop. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms presented at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party sportsbooks, including but not limited to DraftKings. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any sportsbook. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, odds, or practices of any third-party sportsbook.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Odds, lines, and player statistics may change at any time. Always verify current lines with your sportsbook before placing any bets.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, models, algorithms, analytics, data compilations, and materials on the Service are the intellectual property of BB Sports Analytics LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BB Sports Analytics LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions made using our data or analytics. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BB Sports Analytics LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination
